I scheduled an appointment to have my windshield replaced on Monday at 8 am. I also had a Dr's appointment at 9am that day. While dropping off my vehicle I then asked for a loaner car and was told by Aidil at customer service desk that I needed to reserve it. During the time of scheduling this appointment with another CSR nothing was mentioned about having to make a reservation. The website and commercials also did not say anything about reservation either. Nonetheless I had to reschedule my Dr's appointment and waited for almost 2 hrs. When I left the loaner cars where still parked in the same spot as when I arrived. The gentlemen replacing my windshield did a great job. I just wasn't happy with the customer service aspect. Thank You
