Additional Comments
The only issue I had was that the technician did not put the license plate back in appropriately. They removed the protective plastic piece that lines the entire plate (front and back) and did not put them back on. It's a brand new car and now I have to remove the bolts to put them back on. It is currently metal plate against my BRAND NEW CAR. I couldn't answer ?s 10 & 11 appropriately because the website woukfnt let me view the complete sentences.. survey was not done on a desktop.
